		<description>It's true-there isn't room for followers anymore. You've got to stay on your toes and bring your A game all the time, especially to work. I have no worries of losing my job since I work for the family business (and I'm great at what I do! LOL) but even so, if you're not careful and don't know your stuff, competing businesses will pull the rug out from under you. And co-worker dramas? Oh my! Nothing quite like those. That can easily turn a fine workplace into nothing but anxiousness all the time. In my experience, the ones you usually start the dramas are the ones who are not that good at what they do. They wouldn't have time for all that nonsense if they were :)Jessica </description>
