Damien, maybe I missed this in an earlier post but are you not basing this on the full calendar month? January doesn’t end until next week. Regardless of the dates, it looks like you are building some momentum and doing pretty well so far.

Hey Derek. That’s true about the month not ending until next week. I just know the pattern and it’s my estimation the next week won’t bring in much more. I was anxious to adjust my goals and strategies when you’re like me, unless you put it in writing you can’t move on ;) Thanks for the supportive words. I think focusing more on Adsense and a couple other traffic building things is going to make February a more solid month. Still, I’m not complaining: I made over 70 bucks last month for writing! One of these days I may email you for a life preserver! You seem to have it down.
Hey Damien, I’m glad my blog sent you some new readers. You deserve them! Good luck with meeting your Feb goals :-)

Thanks Amy! Lives Less Ordinary has been a great read these past months!
Hey - you got to start somewhere but what about your costs - how do these figure?
Neil, I spend at least 4-5 hours a day on my blog, but it’s a labor of love. That’s the personal cost of time, which is the most valuable. Money-wise? I spend $6.95/month for the web hosting at topclasshost.com They are really good.
I went to your website and I must say I absolutely loved your quotation from Henry Ford. Good show my friend.
