Down the Hill

No, it’s not an expression of negativity, but we are going down the hill from our home in the high desert for my Grandpa’s funeral . . . so I guess it’s not the most fun of events. He was an amazing man and I will truly miss him. Can funerals be uplifting? When the person left behind wonderful memories . . . I think so . . . in his case I definitely think so.

Damien, I’m so sorry your grandfather died, but I am happy you have wonderful memories of him.  His funeral will be how you want it to be, I think making  it uplifting would honor him.  Hugs.
