It's not really, though..just idiots out on Halloween. Usually the weather is horrible, but this year it was warm enough for the kids to be out for several hours trick or treating! Hardly anyone decorates outside anymore. I can understand it, all of my outside stuff was smashed to bits. Unfortunately, there's some people that think days like that are freebies to do whatever they'd like.  Othern than that and my car getting broken into (nothing taken), we had a great time on Halloween!!  LOL Jessica   Halloween is one of my favorite days of the year. Kids are great, both the children and goat kind, grin.
