Orange of Origin Theme
I’m getting quite a nice little backlog of tweaked and personalized themes. As for this “Orange County” theme idea, it’s my home county. The cities I lived in most before I moved to the high desert at 33 were: Mission Viejo, Anaheim, Santa Ana, and San Clemente. When I found this AWESOME sandbox theme, “Oranges” I thought: “This is the cleanest, most readable theme I have ever seen!” I am currently in the process of doing some personalization. Tentatively I’m calling it my “Orange of Origin” theme since I came from Orange County. With all the shallow examples of materialistic people from the OC on TV and in movies, maybe my blog can do a small part to show the good that can come of it. It is rich with history, culture, local music, food, and of course . . . Disneyland! A GREAT free magazine that really guided my early music “career” (as well as Gwen and No Noubt’s for that matter) is the, now an eZine, OC Weekly. Watch for Sarah’s Photoshop mod in the header (I’m waiting eagerly).
