Radio Disney in New Jersey this July

I grew up near Anaheim, California, the city of Disneyland. I consider myself one of the luckiest men in the world to have those memories within the place that Walt Disney dreamed to life. While the look of Disney animation has changed since the 50’s when he opened the park, some of his vision has stayed true and will, hopefully, never change.

The advent of internet and DVD’s has accompanied a Disney franchise called “Radio Disney.” As you might guess, the tunes are all squeaky clean and come from showtunes like High School Musical. But also, hot top 20 tunes by artists like Avril Lavigne cross through the Radio Disney airwaves. There are interviews with kids in the latest movies and the ads of course are upbeat connections to the fads and trends of kids these days. Of course it is aimed more at my son’s age than mine, he 10, I 39, but the whole experience of listening energizes ones spirit and in the midst of so much music that brings you down, radio Disney always brings me up.

This July, Things to do in New Jersey fall and bow down to this one: a set of Radio Disney shows. If you live in New Jersey, you are in luck! If you don’t, it might be time for you to reserve one of the prestigious Wildwood nj hotels.
