Poor old Phineas eh? Yes, I am getting the required 8 hours a night of sleep to nurture my brain. The trouble is, I am not doing enough relaxation stuff to keep my brain cooled off. The house and the standards test this week is causing all kinds of overload. Oh well, I am so happy with my domain name and the fact that my kids will soon live in a house with a pool that I am getting through it.

I can attest to the sleep part. I see it all the time, especially in me - and in our son. Mood, and therefore behavior, but, also, processing thoughts go hand in hand with sleep. I think people, as a whole, also underestimate the effect excess sugar does to mood and functioning. I have seen people's overall and everyday personality change once they changed their eating habits.

Great subject to bring up, Damien. Speaking of which, are you getting any sleep while getting ready to move?
