It's less complicated and your content trannsfers seamlessly across skins. Plus the Sandbox is a very advanced theme. It has single.php, archive.php, etc. Whereas some of the older themes have a limited set and it's actually more complicated dealing with them! I'm glad you like the shadesofgrey theme I chose.
