It is a single .php file that you need to download. On those "techie" pages you have to first make sure that the file extension of the link is a .php file. Then you just right click "Save As . . ." or in FF "Save Link as . . ." Use that for future reference for now I uploaded a zip folder with the file in it to make it easy for you to get!
